If you upgrade to Pro or Ultra and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment — no questions asked, even if you have used the service. This one-time guarantee applies to your first subscription payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically. After the 14-day window, a renewal charge is generally non-refundable. To stop future charges, cancel from your Account page before the next billing date; you keep access until the period ends.

The Free plan costs nothing and is not refundable because no payment is made.
